I've placed an order with this company over the phone and I have experienced the worst customer service ever. This has ranged from waiting three weeks for the item which was not even close to the description of the original item ordered. They apologised for the error and told me to keep it as it would cost too much to get it collected. The second delivery being damaged in transit. I then spent a week attempting to contact their customer service department, only to hear a voicemail box message. I've sent numerous emails asking them to call me and a request to cancel the order. They finally sent me an email yesterday stating that the order (third attempt) had already been despatched before receiving my email, and that the wrong order was left with me as a goodwill gesture!

I ended up faxing the company asking someone to call me, and still no response. Oh yes by the way I finally received the order yesterday, and it was totally way off the mark again. I returned the package to the company today and their rules on returning items is that you incur the cost.

Avoid this company at all cost, very poor customer service.
