Retrofitting ISOFIX child car seat brackets.
My wife and I are expecting our first child and we've discovered that our car (a 2007 3dr Ford Fiesta) does not, for some reason, have ISOFIX brackets.
Ford have not been very helpful on the telephone.
I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me whether its possible to have the brackets retrofitted, and, if so, where to have it done.
Many thanks.

General consensus in this house (I'm at my parents, my dad has worked for Honda & RangeRover) is that they probably can't be as they'd need to be part of the car's structure, although he admits he's never been asked!
If you can't get an answer from Ford, you could drop VOSA an email enquiry.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Can't be done on old Fiesta I'm afraid, you could only retro fit on Focus and C-Max as far as I can remember but all new cars should have them as standard now or as a no-cost option.0

Don't bother. In our expereince of trying to find Isofix seats which actually fit our cars it's a waste of time.0
