Not sure what to do?

Hi, I am looking for advice on whether to change utilities, or just stick with British Gas. I currently pay £40 for gas and £25 for electricity per month. I really only want to change to get cashback, but don't want to finish up paying more a month. I don't know what tariff I'm on - possibly just the standard one. I can get £90 cashback with n power, but would the bills be higher? Do you really see any benefits from switching, surely they all need to be competitive? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

If you have not kept your bills ask BG for the amount of gas and elec you have used over the last 12 months and put these into a comparison site not the amount you pay though.

If you are on the Standard tariff you would be able to make a good saving both with BG and most other suppliers.
