    If you can get to an asian grocers you will be spoilt for choice. Reasonable prices also. I like the tinned Dhal.:)

    tesco own one is nice - and i know its not the cheapest - but M&S do lovely chilli / curry etc in a tin

    These are long life, in pouches. Ive seen them on the shelves next to tins, dont need to be refridgerated.
