O2 Home Phone any good?

Hi
Does anyone have any views/experience (Customer service, reliability, etc) on O2 Home Phone.
I'm in process of changing from BT and will save myself £2.04 per month and get Evening and Weekend calls thrown in, but not free 0845/0870 calls.
That's phone and broadband at £14.50 per month.
Just want to be sure I'm not making a mistake?

Nor Caller Display, that is extra on O2.0

I've never bothered with Caller Display with BT and wouldn't that be extra anyway?0
