    nope, not sure where all the negative feeling on this thread has come from!

    All I want to do is point out an experience of poor customer service - I think it's good for consumers to share bad experiences and put pressure on the companies to behave better.

    Despite there mistakes I am still impressed by DHL. Most delivery guys are great but you do meet the od jobsworth who wants to make things difficult for you. The worst is people who don't ring or knock but leave a card. BT are really bad for this.
