You can freeze them for ice yoghurt things or how about adding to fresh fruit smoothies. Layer on top of a biscuit base for a yoghurty cheesecake or mix with meringues and fresh berries for an eton mess sort of dessert.Credit Card: £796 Left/£900 October 2011 :eek:Store Card: £100 October 2011

Yes - I did it on Sunday.
It looks a little curdley towards the end of cooking, but it sorted itself out in the end.
I wouldn't hesitate to use it wherever yoghurt, soured cream, smetana or creme fraiche was suggested. I've also used it instead of skyr and it's been fine.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Had a bit of a blonde moment today and bought 500g of Fromage Frais instead of Creme Fraiche (plan was to make home made ice cream). Any ideas what I can do with it? The use by date is the end of the week so I could use up for my lunches or for an evening meal.
I know it's a bit of a $64 million question without knowing what other ingredients I have but all ideas welcome.
Thanks0 -
