Hi!
I bought a USB VOIP phone to use with Skype, the listing said it was Mac-compatible, but upon receiving it this morning and installing the Mac drivers (had to download the latest), the buttons don't work.
Also, the picture on the listing is of the same design, but a much higher quality product (glossy plastic etc)...
The item was £8.99 + £5.99 postage.... So obviously he's been avoiding paying higher fees on the listing price here!
If I return it to him, am I entitled to a FULL refund (inc. P&P), plus refund for postage, since he's mis-selling goods! I e-mailed him but, surprise surprise, he's unavailable to answer questions because he's on holiday (somebody else replied to my e-mail apparently).

How did you pay? If it was via paypal you need to file a "goods significantly not as described". Post the item back to your seller, make sure you send recorded delivery.
The seller should refund your bid and postage to you, unfortunately you have to swallow the costs of sending it back to him.0 -
I would do a chargeback through paypal - assuming you paid that way. They will no doubt ask you to send back the item (at your expense) to the seller for a full refund - and you will have to send it by trackable post - ie recorded or special delivery. Dont send it back without him saying you can or paypal telling you to - and make sure you send it so you can track it.Weight Loss - 102lb0
