Hi

Have tried the O2 forum with this but no response after 4 weeks, also the mobiles forum here for 10 days, lots of views but again no response. I suspect it may not be possible, O2 helpdesk not helpful in this instance. I'm trying you guys as a last resort!

Acquired Bberry Storm 2 in April and have been trying to sync the calendar with my gmail calendar, with no success.
I have installed google sync. I can get a download of the calendar OK, but it won't sync with bberry calendar.
In "calendar properties" it won't allow me to turn on "wireless sync" so this may be problem.
Does anyone here have any ideas please?
Thanks in advance

  • Have a look here www. google. com / mobile / sync (I can't post links so remove the spaces and you download the Blackberry App. The Blackberry cannot natively sync with gmail

Martin, thanks will try this next week, too busy right now!
However my model has a "gmail sync" option, which, needless to say, doesn't do what it says on the tin, at least for me!

I downloaded the google sync app (again) but still no luck.
I think I must concude that because I cannot change the "wireless sync" setting in Calendar Properties from "No" that this is a basic part how O2 have set up the device. Unless I can change this I think I'm stuck with browser access only.:(
    Thanks for trying
