When I click 'next step' it just scrolls back up to the top

Afternoon,

I've just tried to register my daughter (26) and it still won't let me get past the next step button on page 2 (it wouldn't let me submit an application at the same stage a few days ago) - does this mean we don't qualify or am I missing something out? (where is that confused smiley when you need it?)

Hello, I joined this through an email from clinique as I'm signed up with them, didn't see it here - but thought I'd let you know that I received my acceptance email about 6 weeks ago and had my trial pack about a month ago.

My email said that I was one of the "lucky few to be selected" and
you also need to upload a video diary from anytime after the 26th July informing people of how you've got on with the 3-step system, so I would assume they would have sent out all the trial packs by that date so people can start uploading their diaries.

Sorry if I've dissapointed anyone

Thanks for letting us know

The post I have quoted here was 4th August so the 3 step packs are still being sent out. So even if people are not accepted they are still getting a freebie (fingers crossed !)
