Me too, when I try to submit (or even press the buttons to go to next stage) nothing happens and it says 'Error' at the bottom of the page. I've been trying for about a week now, with no success.

it wont let me submit either but ive notice as soon as I click the bottom the boxes under the question about social networking it says error on page and I cannot click anything further!After 18 months off lets hope for a big haul for 2013!
