Did a low fat curry yesterday!

    Ok heres what i had...

Prawns in sauce. For the sauce I mixed tomato puree with soy sauce and garlic and lemon juice and a bit of sweetner and salt. At the end i mixed in some left over low fat youghurt!

Stir fry of Red onion spring onion green beans carrots red pepper, put garlic (3 cloves) ginger soy and lemon juice in there and fried in fry lite for 3 minutes.

Served with rice YUM YUM YUM!

Now im cooking a low fat rice pudding with the pudding rice i got, cinnamon, milk and yes you guessed it sweetner (sorry I cant live without this when I diet!)

    Ok, now I'm

Want to swap fridges?

Instead of sweetener, have you tried date syrup? Or honey? I use that in porridge for my lads instead of sugar/sweetners and they love it! Not sure how it works out in calories if you're dieting though. I do know a little goes a long way :rotfl:
