    See if I can pick someones brains. I lost my job and plan to go to uni in September. Would I be entitled to claim job seekers allowance? I have paid tax before.

    Tea (sorry), i had to say i was looking for a full time job (37 hrs a week), even though i was studying part time. And i still had to sign on each week.

    I don't mind doing all the bits I have to do. I'm feeling very desperate :( I need to stretch my last pay which I got a week ago until I start uni and buy things I need. My parents aren't well off enough to hand me out money. Feeling sooo poopy! x

    tea, as long as you say you are looking for full time work, and can show you are applying for jobs, then you should be able to get jas. i applied for part-time jobs, hoping to get 2 to make enough hours.

    My printer has jammed :( Next door had a look and got beads out of it (ooops) but i think there are still more in there :( DH is in an arsy mood and said he will look at it when it fits into his schedule !!!!!
