hi, i bought a gazebo online in november 2008 for £125 and after a couple of uses it developed faults to the frame and it was returned in july of 2009 and a replacement given. the new gazebo was used once and then put away for the winter but when i tried to set it up in july this year it had 11 breaks to the frame. i contacted the supplier who offered me new parts to repair it but i rejected this on the basis that this is the second faulty gazebo of its type and i wanted another model altogether and i would pay any difference in cost but they turned me down flat and said because it is out of warranty thats the end of the matter. where do i stand please? do the sad fart rules apply ie must last a reasonable amount of time?
