If my gym contract has not been signed by the gym, is it valid?
Also they are saying air conditioning is not part of the facilities, however it is unbearable to use?
Any ideas??

Yes it will be valid. Contractual terms are not dependent upon the documents being signed if it was clear that the contract was made on that basis.0

Air conditioning is seen as a luxury item and hence not part of the facilities.
Although saying that, depending if the gym is in a complex with other units, and you complain about the heat.. they'll usually sort it.:exclamatiTo the internet.. I need to complain about something!0 -

I think they mean that without A/C the gym is unbearable to use. Given bodyheat, heat from machines (such as tv's) or perhaps even given the lack of A/C........its too smelly from all the sweat :rotfl:You keep using that word. Oh! The gym is unbearable to use! I thought the A/C was unbearable to use (which mightily confused me). Thanks!"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Dont gyms give introductions to the place check what it has to offer test the machines etc out before you sign a contract.
Surely OP you knew what the place was like before agreeing a contract.0 -

To be fair to the OP, I'm sure they wouldn't be expected to test the durability of the A/C system.0 -
By the way the OP put it, the gym doesn't have air con. So surely the OP knows before signing.0

No. From OP's other post: "The gym has now not had air conditioning for a couple of weeks and we have been told it will be 2 months before it is likely to be fixed, it is unbearable to now use the gym "0
