Hi there, I purchased a leather suite from SCS costing £3400.00 with a further £200 paid for Guardsman policy cover. 2 years later, I have a suite which is totally discoloured and the leather is peeling showing an orange colour underneath. Bought a suite from SCS August 2008 with guardsman insurance, same problem colour coming away, Guardsman do not want to know they sent out a guy to look at it ,said he could not do the job because it was too big a problem and said Guardsman would contact me and arrange to do the repair, all we received was a letter to say it was not reported on time so refused to carry out the repair this company are a disgrace the next step is the ombudsman.
