SCS suite disaster

Bought a suite from SCS August 2008 with guardsman insurance, same problem colour coming away, Guardsman do not want to know they sent out a guy to look at it ,said he could not do the job because it was too big a problem and said Guardsman would contact me and arrange to do the repair, all we received was a letter to say it was not reported on time so refused to carry out the repair this company are a disgrace the next step is the ombudsman.
