BMI baby stopping flights from DURHAM

BMI are stopping all flights from Durham Tees Valley from the end of OCTOBER to Cork and November 6 to Malaga + Alicante.

They are giving full refunds within 28 days.

They will not transfer these flights to a different airport.

VERY VERY VERY P****d off.

Our family has over 7 return flights booked over November to March (including Christmas).

  • Guess it's just one of those things.

Try and ring customer services and complain, maybe they will change the airport for you. If not, just try and book yourself another flight with someone else and in future avoid BMI to punish it some with with you moving your custom else where

I know it's inconvenient (Easyjet cancelled one of my flights recently).
However you can claim the increase in costs back from your travel insurance.
This will cover any increased costs, so for example petrol to the airport, increased flight costs, increased parking charges etc.
