I have just been given an IMAP email address which I have set up in Microsoft Outlook.
It is all working fine, but a few days ago I tried move some emails from my IMAP inbox to my normal inbox. Instead of simply disappearing from the IMAP inbox they are still there, only crossed out...
How do I properly delete these messages?

It seems like the type of webmail you're using. As long as its crossed or greyed out I wouldnt worry It will prob disappear with time. If you have the emails now in your normal inbox you could try manually deleting the crossed out ones [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I'm not sure about Outlook, but on OE the appropriate button is called 'Purge Messages'.Stompa0
