Hi, I have just ahd amessage from a buyer on ebay who says they have cut the top I sent them when they tried to open the package.
They appartently blame me, as I had wrapped it too well, and they had to use scissors to open it, and they have accidentally cut the top.
What shoudl I do in this case? If he opens adispute, who would Payapl find in favour of?
Many Thanks!

Have to say I've done this myself, some sellers wrap up the goods so much they're near impossible to get into:(
I wouldn't have complained though as I classed it as my own fault.
I'm much more careful now when opening things, but yes, some packages are difficult.
sorry not much help I know:o0 -
They can file a item not as described case but keep the message as proof hey admitted to damaging the top themselfs and paypal may find in favor of you0

I can't see him winning a dispute.
You can't win with some people, can you!0 -
That's their fault not yours!
As preable said, keep the message they sent you then you have proof THEY cut it themselves.0
