    Here we go again lol

    The law is clear for all landlords, there is no arguement?

    An in date LGSC must be in place for all rented property that is let, and the Landlord is responsible for ensuring that is in place!!!

    I once again find it diabolical that we have purported qualified people arguing about legislation that is clear!

    I would add tho that a service of all appliances is also prudent, beware the pitfal and profiteering of having one and not the other, as if a service is carried out then a LGSC does not take up much more time than actually completing the documatation, as most of the LGSC checks form part of the service anyway!
