Hello knowledgeable folk
Could a balance of mine be transferred by my partner onto her card to save interest charges. Or can I only transfer balances that apply to me onto accounts in my name?
Thanks Kind people

I have paid a balance onto a card in my wifes name in the past so unless rules have changed in recent times then yes is the answer.0

When you request a balance transfer, most card companies will only be interested in the card number.
Sometimes they will ask you for the name on the card as an additional verification check, but it's of no real importance to the lender where the debt transferred to their card, has actually come from.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0 -
My wife and I have transferred quite a few balances between each other in the past with ease. As long as you have all the card details I cannot see a problem0
