CallCredit - Statutory credit report questions

Over the past few years I've applied, and of course received, my CRA reports from both Experian and Equifax. I've always applied online without any fuss or bother. I've yet to bother with CallCredit.
Two questions:
1) Am I being blind in failing to find a place on CallCredit's website where I can order it online. Or must I really download that PDF, fill it out and post it?
2) Is there any benefit to getting CallCredit's report? Do they hold information that neither of the other two CRA's hold?

Nothing to pay.
You don't have to give credit card details or cancel, so no fuss.
I've had hardly any emails from them if you are worried about spam.
No connection but satisfied customer having used them for 3 annual reports.0
