What order to do these jobs in....

Just bought a house that isn't very old, just needs a cosmetic touch up throughout:
New kitchen and utility room units etc, plus flooring (will probably tile) and walls painted
New bathrooms x 3 (brother's a plumber :money:), incl tile floors and painting
All other rooms (all of them!) - carpets, curtains and new paint
We'll do this gradually as the house is perfectly live-able, just not to our taste. Any tips on the order to do things in? I've never changed a kitchen or bathroom before, only done painting and carpets in my previous place.
My guess was kitchens and bathrooms first as that creates the most mess. Then paint the other rooms and finally re-carpet and curtain them.
Within the kitchen, do you do the units etc first, then do painting and floor tiling? Or tiles the floor first and put units on top?

Personally I would do the kitchen and utility painting, then units, touch up painting if required then floor.
Bathrooms - depends on whether you want to tile round your suite or under. If its under (I prefer this look) then tiling has to be done before the suite is installed. Painting last.
other rooms paint first then carpets and curtains.
Just my opinion
