Does anyone know at which stage in the buying process we will recieve these?

This is usually sent to you for signing together with all other docs to sign ie. Contract, Transfer and Mortgage Deed.

Ideally, you will receive a report letter on your purchase before contracts are exchanged. This should enclose all the documents which need your signature. On day of completion, the Stamp Duty Land Transaction form will be sent off to Inland Revenue with relevant cheque by your solicitors.

Having said that, some of the documents could be sent to you separately, but the signed SDLT form will be required on completion.
