Pork is fine to have pink juices; this is not an issue at all. Pork can be eaten as beef (i.e the full range including tartare) - trichinosis (which is why people couldn't do this a while ago) has now been eradicated in the western world.0 -

I really don't agree with that, I did check the uk food standards website which do state it should be cooked thoroughly - beef and lamb are the only meats they advocate can be cooked rare.
Besides which if someone wants their meat cooked as they like it they should be given the option, there was an option on the night for steak and when ordering the girls were asked how they wanted it cooked - the same should have applied for the pork in that case.0 -
OK, OP was not satisfied with their night out, the hassle and moving on quickly did not add to evening and to me rather dampened the party, which can only happen once (Freda still has not got over hers after 23 years!!!). What should have been a fare well and jotous event has been soured by the poor service offered by the venue, in that respect, some redress should be sought.
If the food was of a poor standard, I would get Environmental Health involved, and as for the servcie, I would suggest one of the imposters here can lead us to a template retort to send the Comics in Manchester.0 -
I am looking for a 'head office' address because I am getting nowhere with the 'GM' as he calls himself. But any help responding further would be greatly appreciated.0
