this is my first time so I hope someone can give me some good advice I had granite worktops fitted last week but am not at all pleased with the end result they were put in by a company called mistermarble very poorly fitted with gaps unpolished cut that should have been polished two diffrent thickness of granite and the list goes on the company used subcontractors I made a complaint and they sent the people who fitted it they came in I told them what was wrong they both went outside got in their van and drove off without telling me what they were going to to mistermarble keep fobbing me off so could any one give me any helpon what to do thanks Lina

Write again and complain again, and give them 14 days to respond.
Your next option would be to get an independent specialist out to examine the work, and put in writing what needs doing to make it right. If the company still refuse to do it, then take them to court.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
