Switch from Virgin to Sky but no BT line?

My Virgin Media package has come to the end of it's 12mth contract. I am currently on it's cheapest package of £29.50 having taken advantage of quidco's £150 cashback a year ago! (making it £210 for the year)
I'm now interested in getting a Sky all in one package, although I don't have a BT line. I rang Sky and they can do it all including the line installation for £36.50 a month.
This seemed pretty steep I thought as I have had a look on quidco to see what offers are available and they are offering some pretty good deals

Quidco state:
So my guess is Sky would install a line for me, what package should I be going for then as there's not much really on the site? So many choices.
Failing that what other options are out there for getting free line installation so I can then use my o2 discount for BB and just get a basic sky TV package perhaps?

If you need to have a new phoneline installed you will not be eligible for cashback as this is completed offline.

Yes Sky install lines see this recent post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2633493 but they do normally charge something to connect them. They tell you price when you order.
They only offer 2 call packages http://www.sky.com/shop/broadband-talk/talk-options/ you then add the broadband and tv bundles of your choice.
Their are no free line connection offers out their.0
