Has anybody tried Stick and Go tiles?
http://www.stickandgo.com/index.shtml
They sound great.......if they actually work!
If anybody has any experience of these I would be really interested to hear about it. My bathroom needs a makeover and this seems like a really easy way to do it.
Thanks.

The tiles are a little small for a bathroom, and would probably be better suited to a kitchen splashback or similar. I must say that I am not convinced.0

they are not ceramic , some sort of plastic ..dont think they would look to good .0

Not convinced they'd work (water behind, falling off etc) not to mention hard to clean.0

limited choice,
Tile adhesive makes your spalshback / bathroom water resistant
They will still need to be grouted.
stick to real tiles.0 -
They are described as water resistant, that means you can wash them or wipe them down but they will not provide a waterproof barrier.
They are really a decorative item more than anything else.
Also, adhesive and grout does not provide a waterproof barrier in wet areas as suggested by the above poster, any wet are should first be tanked with a product like BAL WP1 before being tiled.
Tiles never have been and never shuld be specificed as the sole waterproof barrier, they are simply an aesthetic and hygenic surface covering of what is used as a waterproof membrane. Though generally this is ignored it is actually a building regualtion.0 -
I don't understand your people commenting on if something saves money or not by opinion, when they have not even seen or tried the product!!! Its without value on such a site, surely. I have used these tiles, to cover a large panel above a sink below cupboards in a wooden chalet at Mablethorpe. Its damp and moist in the winter, but these are brilliant, cheap, and even I could fit them!!! Everyopne comments. My brother in law has done his shower room, just covering up orrible avacado ceramics, and its amazing.0

I'm not entirely convinced your support for this product is worth dragging up a 4 year old thread for! Unless of course you have some connection with the company!Adventure before Dementia!0

Four years on, and the product is extemely successful, over 40 ranges now available both in the UK & USA " keep draging it up " every four years.
Good idea !0 -
These tiles are brilliant, I have just tiled over grotty tiles in my kitchen without any problems, cutting round sockets etc is so easy compared to trying to cut ceramic tiles.....They look like real tiles. I cant praise them enough.0
