Parcel2Go - Home Delivery

Hi,
12 days ago I had a parcel picked up for collection. 6 days ago I contacted the company who should have received the parcel but they refused it as the box looked damaged.
I contacted Parcel2go and after threatening legal action they finally decided to get the parcel delivered back to me becuase I couldnt claim for damages without taking photos and it was sat after having been refused 300 hundred miles away in a depot.
Ive received the parcel back but this gives 1 day of delivery of the documentation back to them.
As Ive trouble thus far, Im expecting even more. Do I have any rights if the letter and photos dont get to them in time?
There process is stupidly short for someone who has a busy life.
Thanks.

Sorry maybe i'm being a bit thick today but why do you have a time limit? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
