i have after only 7 weeks recieved a letter today stating that welcome hae admitted liability and are willing to repay every penny plus interest plus 8% compensatory interest totalling almost £6000 just so every body knows that no matter how depressed or long winded the process seems stick at it and do not let them fob you off with rejection letters, stick to your guns and the rewards speak for themselves.
