    Hi there

    And welcome

It seems you have grounds to make a reclaim.

This site have changed the first procedure from a template letter to a questionnaire, issued by the financial ombudsman service (FOS), you complete, save a copy for yourself too, and send to whoever was responsible for selling & setting up your policy.
They have 8 weeks in full to respond, and you will find the FOS questionnaire on the link posted by amersall, will post it again anyway.........:D, so once clicked on the link, follow the guidelines to reclaiming, then further down the page you will come across the questionnaire as stage one.
Good luck, please keep us posted.

    Your very welcome.:D

That is fine, now as its settled, you should receive back ALL you have paid in ppi, plus interest, and 8% interest of what a court would award for being out of pocket.

And remember as well, if you already had protection, then this policy was therefore worthless to you, they obviously did not check this with you when this was sold to you, and it was not sold in your best interest.;)
