BG Homecare HUGE price increase
I'm not sure where I should be posting this, please move it if it should be somewhere else.
I have been a BG Homecare customer for a year now, I am on the Homecare 200 plan and was paying £16/month, I got a letter today from them saying that my monthly premium would jump to £18.50/month, that is a 15% increase compared to what I was paying before!
I called them and asked them what the price on their cheapest plan would be, I think its Homecare 100, and they said it was now £14.75 (it used to be £12/month), so that is a staggering 23% increase!!!!
I have never claimed or made any callouts, the only time I saw someone from BG was when they did the first annual check-up.
I think I'll save the money every month in case something goes wrong instead of putting it in BG's pockets!

This is so they can give new customers the discounts, its currently £15/month for new customers signing up online for Homecare 200.
