carolt is not buying because she just cannot afford a house. She said so. she has also used various other arguments against why she hasn't bought, all dependant on who she is arguing with. The usual suspects are:

    1. Can't afford a house
    2. Can afford a house but I'm too canny becaus prices are falling (used when house prices are falling)
    3. Can afford a house but I'm tryng to find an area with a god school for my gifted child (used when house prices are climbing)

She's a joke on here, but she is a lot of fun. :)

    Hello nutter.

Tell us all - why on earth do you care whether I do or don't buy a house or my reasons for doing so?

Or is just part of the general nuttiness?

    how ironic

the lady that worries about others buying now doesn't want other people questioning her reason to buy.

    hypocrite

Look, I don't like to correct spelling, but if you're going to keep making the same accusation, could you at least kindly spell 'desparate' correctly?
