IME the medicated face wipes you bought, Welshy, will not scan with the toiletry vouchers (nothing 'medicated' seems to, but ordinary face wipes may be OK).

Kronen, I think it was the lillets that don't count as toiletries which is why your £2.50 coupon didn't scan. I may be wrong but I found that when I bought some sanitary items they did not scan as toiletries or healthcare!:mad:

I think I have enough shower gel to keep my family sweet for a year, so next week I intend to treat myself, will be looking to buy make-up that I would normally pass on as being too expensive. Will pay particular interest to any expired SELS (will also be getting some Olay Dry Skin bodywash though).

Anything that R&Rs and has been bought with vouchers is double the savings!

I think how fast vouchers move depends in which area you live. My store once again had LOADS of the £1 off £4 'choco-licious' leaflets (30/09 exp) - I got my ones over a week ago.

Vouchers also seemed to work fine for me. I used the ones dated 24/09 yesterday as they were expiring:
Got £6+ worth of BOGOF
Self Scanned 3 of the 24/09 for £3 off then machine locked up, assistant put in code.
She scanned for me 2 more of the 30/09 ones. Locked up, she put in code.
Then i used one more 30/09 coupon.
Paid few pence for £12+ worth of stuff.

I think something might have changed though. The self scan has never locked up before when using tesco vouchers (although ive never tried such a high percentage%)

Oh no Mr Welshy discovered my secret stash of Tesco toiletries in my car today .................. then commented that I would make someone a good personal shopper and that I should continue getting these items until the vouchers expire as it is such a good deal. (The real reason behind my new extension is more storage LOL).

Anyway, went to Tescos today bought 6 Aquafresh toothbrushes, 2 shower gels, 2 toothpastes, 4 packs of doritos, flowers for my office and a 4 pack of heinz beans (currently on offer). Total £29.10, after multibuys £18.20 after assorted vouchers £4.60 and I gained 268 points.

Then realised my Doritos had been overcharged - got £4.32 on R&R so only paid 28p for my toiletries today.

HUGE THANKS to the MSE members who have sent me vouchers to use

I couldn't find the olay moisturising wash today

Tesco paid me to shop today - got 4 lots of the olay body wash £3.47 (its the items that are 3.48 which trigger BOGOF although it states the 3.47 are also BOGOF) 2 lots nurofen and 2 lots of slimfast snack bars.
total 16.74 used 1x 2.50 H&B voucher and two quick reads plus x2 50 point vouchers total paid 12.24 got x4 olays R&R so got 13.88 back tesco paid me 1.64 for my trouble and I gained an extra 116 points!!! now thats what I call a true MSE. All sels removed and big BOGOF sign
