Has anyone here managed to get through to any one at Quotemart Insurers????

I have recently posted about this company and commented on being unable to get anyone on the phone. Have tried all the freephone numbers and the chargeable ones too, with no sucess.

There is a feedback e-mail address which I will try to e-mail them on but I am not holding my breath.

Have this shambolic lot gone down the pan I wonder??

Anybody out there with one of their policies have a similar experience??

I hadn't heard of the brand before but it appears they are part of the BISL group, who "specialise" in operating high volume internet brokerage brands found on agregators. BISL are also part of the BGL group, whos other brands include "Budget" who come in for some stick here for also being a 'chop-shop' broker - low staff training, basic service levels etc.

Thanks Dog, e-mailed quotemart this morning and yet to receive reply, as I said, not holding my breath.

Thanks for info, I was aware of the BISL connection, and will now try the BGL route.
