Faulty Patio Paving - What are my rights?

Hello
I bought a patio paving kit in May this year, cost £270.
It's a sort of golden colour and looked really nice, until last week I noticed lots of white patches appearing on it.
I hosed it down yesterday with a normal hosepipe, havent got a jetwash and didnt use any cleaning solutions on it in case it went worse.
It dried overnight and all the white patches are still there.
Whilst I would expect fading to occur over the years, this isn't like fading, it's individual slabs with white patches as if the colour has come out of them.
Does anyone know what causes this?
Also, I'm really unhappy with the way it looks especially after saving hard to buy it. What are my rights as to getting this put right? I like this paving (apart from this problem) but would be worried it might do it again if it was replaced. Also, because the patio is laid, does that mean I lose my rights to a refund or anything being done about it?
I paid by credit card.
Thanks.

Its effluence the white patches

What is efflorescence? In early life, concrete products may experience an apparent loss of colour and a bloom or stain (normally white) may appear on the surface. This is known as efflorescence. Since it is a naturally occurring phenomenon, it is not possible to be sure when, or if, efflorescence will appear. The effect generally disappears with the natural weathering process and the passage of time. It is in no way detrimental to the long-term durability of the product.0
