    r you.
Valli Sending 'mechanic not on holiday' Vibes your way and cheap fix vibes;)
He isn't on holday so drove car down (hold enough water for short journeys); cheap fix looks unlikely, it would appear the radiator itself is leaking, which was what I suspected. While it's in there he will look at my fan (for the air/air con in the car) which I switched on about 4 weeks ago and which has been on, at full blast, ever since. I had been planning to take it in anyway so at least, this way, it's 'two birds' so to speak. Rang neighbour who offered to collect me from garage as decided to take up kind offer - presumably he wouldn't have offered if he hadn't wanted to and thought would make him feel useful;)

:p No - and I can't keep calling the others stripey and splodgy (or stripe and splodge!) cos their markings might change as they get older and also the names sound to similar. I only used those so I could tell them apart as babies!

MrsChaos - their dad is called Wispa and their mum is Caramel so there is a chocolate link already! Their brother is Patch and the older sister is Misty (grey) and the older brother is Jet (black)

Sherlock or Holmes, Watson, Moriarty, Hudson (housekeeper) or Mycroft (Sherlock's brother)?

    Just a thought!

I think I need to rejoin flylady! I work full time and am a single parent to a high energy 4 year old girl. My house becomes a tip and by the weekend I have to spend or should I say lose a whole day trying to put it right..... just for it to happen again.

I moved house on Saturday and so I have a clean slate, so to speak to work with. All clean and tidy and I just need to try and keep it that way.

I think I'd be best really just sticking with level 1 and maybe a couple of other things from the list or I think I'd get fed up and give up..... I can do this though can I? I really hate missing out a full day that could be spent relaxing and with my daughter because I've let things slide all week.

Well.. KH finally got the children back.. apparently it took him 2 hours to get them dressed.. and he asked to have them on a school night.. I don't think so!! He has arranged his GF to have the children... stop right there... no it is fine thank you!! .. Anyway.. he can't possiby have the children BUT.. wants me to text him and let him know both me and the baby are ok.... how bizarre is he???

DD2 off doing the lifestyle thing.. cleaning up a cemetary by all accounts.. no idea where that was from but it beats her sitting in her room for the next couple of weeks. :D

Off to supervise the tidying of the girls room and the collecting of stinky laundry...

    Morning ladies,

    Hugs Onestep, sounds painful:(

Bed bugs Triker:eek: Sounds horrible, and a lot of work to get rid of them.

Hugs to all those in need - Pigpen, Toots, Lady L, Diva and anyone else who wants one:A

Have put a wash on and folded a load that was dry, need to do some ironing later. Also emptied DW and reloaded, S&S'd kitchen, gathered miscellaneous gibble and rehomed it.

Doing a HHC from 11.30 if anyone wants to join me.
