oi its black beard!!!
Its freezing here today and now its started lashing it down, brilliant, just as we were going to go to the little park Ah well.
Still haven't done much flying as my keg was aching, its a sign to sit on my backside.
Well i've on the curtains so that's keeping my legs warm, while the kids are huddled under my cardigan. they wan me to put the heating, in august not a chance in hell.
Have thrown some rubbish out though so its gradually becoming cleaner.

Well, I'm on leave for the rest of the week. One of the sick people turned up today so I came home after an hour. One lot of washing gone on the line, another about to go out.
Chickens despatched to their coop and I'm about to make some leek and potato soup for lunch.
Oh, and I have a question. Out of the blue, I've had an email from a PhD student who wants me to proof read his thesis (seems I was recommended by someone I did a bit of work for last year!).
Anyone got any ideas on what the going rate for such work is?I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Afternoon all, not caught up yet.
Hope everyone's OK especially baby Pigpen. I'm not on facebook so I haven't seen a picture but I'm sure she's beautiful.
So far today I've cut the front lawn. Also vacuumed through downstairs. Two loads of washing on the line and about half of it dry already and put away.
Next door is being repossessed and they're clearing it out now. They've got the back door open and it don't half pong! Still better than the smell of cannabis growing.
I'm planning to cut the back lawn when the rest of the washing is dry and out of the way. Going to catch up a bit now before I have to start cooking.
Dusty, I hope Woody feels better soon. A few weeks ago we spent £166 on blood tests for the dog and got told she was remarkable for her age. Which was lovely, but £166:eek:0 -

Took Woody to the vet this morning as he's not eaten hardly at all this week. Vet can't see much reason, thinks it's just a virus. I feel it's money I didn't need to spend but for peace of mind, with us going away it made sense. Toilet rolls were on BOGOF in the co-op opposite so stocked up on 36 rolls and saved a bit of cash there.
Now I know who you are on FB. I really have trouble knowing who is who, real names are sooo confusing! Managed to look at lovely squeak though.Oh, and I have a question. What do you normally get paid per hour, altered to reflect whether you would like the work, and whether you feel sorry for a poor student?
DH and I have gutted the sitting room, hopefully mirror up later.
Going for a walk later and out for dinner - our anniversary - we got each other books, and the one I wanted in "Affluenza" which is excellent! Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

He has eaten a bit and is now sitting out in the sun. He is very keen on the fact that everybody keeps stopping and stroking himgratefulforhelp wrote: »Now I know who you are on FB. I really have trouble knowing who is who, real names are sooo confusing!
