Holiday Cancellation Advice

My sister accidently booked two holidays.

She was booking a holiday online with haven, and an error message came up. She rang the number and they promised someone would call her back within an hour, but that very few rooms where left for week in question.

When no one called back she looked around some more online and booked with ponntins.

Then two booking confirmations arrived, one from haven, one from pontins.

She can't get hold of anyone until the morning and cancelation policy online isn't clear.

What rights does she have if she cancels the Haven holiday? She paid £900 on credit card for a break in 2 weeks time.

Did she take a screen dump of the error page?

On the basis that she did call them notifying them of the error, and that they didn't get back to her, she should phone Haven and INSIST they refund her, as she'd had to book with someone else.
