Praise for HMV

A little bit of praise is deserved to HMV for dealing with a problem I had with a CD. On Saturday I purchased a copy of the Alan Pownall CD from the HMV in Basingstoke's Festival Place, on arriving home I discovered that instead of a copy of the album disc I had 2 copies of the live 'bonus' disc.
So today I went to my nearest HMV, in Salisbury to get an exchange of the 'not-as-described' CD and after explaining the problem to the nice cashier, she checked the case to find 2 copies of disc 2 and got a new copy off the shelf. After checking to see if that copy had the correct discs in, she exchanged it
There was me thinking that they would kick up a fuss saying that I had to go back to the store I purchased it from, but nope, good customer service
So chances are that someone has got a copy of the CD which has 2 copies of the first disc in.
