I am sorry to confuse you but the rebate was £1073 which was made up of loan rebate and ppi not all for ppi.

i am sure you will find that this is for the ppi as the ppi was in the form of a loan, on any normal loan there is not a rebate, just an inflated settlement figure of 2 months interest.

i may be wrong, the only way to find this out is to see how they break it down.
