    Applied for Santander on bank holiday August. Got the account opened on 31st August. All switched done by mid September. Took a month to get online account sorted as for some reason, royalmail just decided to take ages to get any letter from Santander to me.... requested for online pin 3 times... all the letters arrived but it took royalmail 2-3 weeks to get them to me...

    anyway, got the £100 cashback banked into my account last week. And TCB have just confirmed the £35 as well....
