I have chili's growing in the greenhouse they are dark green and long some are curling. My question is.. the pic that shows the chili's are showing them red. When are they ready to pick. without someone saying wait till they go red my Friendly Indian takeaway recons they are ok to pick now as they use green chili's. advice please

You could pick just one & try it, if it suits you then pick as required, if it does not, then wait until riper
Bit like sweet peppers I guess, you can use them green, but they probably taste better when ripe
I assume, but do not know, that same applies to chilliesWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0 -
chillies get hotter as they go from green to yellow/orange to red, so I get them when they are big enough and just turning orange as the red ones are FAR too hot for me
I suppose it depends on how hot you like them! Feb GC: £200 Spent: £190.790
