Just wondering if anyone on here has ever been with Plusnet for home phone and/or internet??
I have been with them for 5 months, which has meant 5 months of absolute hell!!
We have both internet and phone with them but instead of billing them together they keep trying to bill on seperate dates but for too much money each time and on totally different dates! I have advised them of the direct debit guarantee which of course makes billing for the consumer more straight forward as the dates should be stated but they will only advise me of the date of invoice and that the payment SHOULD be taken within 5 days of the invoice!
I am constantly making contact with them but noone seems to resolve the situation!!

I have been with them for some years for BB. They do seem to be having a number of problems at the mo.
However they also have a community forum that has active staff in attendance, so that raising a thread there may well get a case solved more easily than normal channels.
I suggest you consider joining in. Must be worth a whirl.0
