VW Golf 2003 TDI - 2000 rpm judder

Hi - wonder if someone could help with this.
Noticed on the motor way when in 4th or 5th gear as soon as the car hits 2000 rpm (almost exactly) there is a slight judder or tiny lack of power. it last for literally less than half a second and then is fine.
Cant seem to notice it in gears 1-3. It kind of feels like a tiny wheel spin (hard to describe)
