Bah, how many hours in now.....it's dragging
Unfortunately it does drag.....................
However Budgie has a challenge
By Monday my friend has requested that I do a: "To do list" on it I must list 10 things that I want/need to do?
The idea is that in 12 months time. the list is reviewed and I see how much or little progress I have made?
It is quite thought provoking.......................
The obvious is to lose weight, but I have been challenged to take up a new hobby etc.
To have a Darwin is going to be one of mine
I have always wanted to sell crystals, and new age goodies, I have been looking into that
But my list MUST BE COMPETED by Monday.it is as they say work in progress
But I am taking it very seriously
Hugs Budgie xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxCherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

Budge .....look up dietgirl.org. All about weightloss but she had a list of things she wanted to do. A lot of them were applicable BEFORE she lost weight so are applicable to ANYONE in my view. 've already started my "100" list!!:o**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -

Thanks HB and Budgie. Jo tonight is dragging for me too.
Not sure why. Maybe its the weekend thing. I did pretty well Monday to Thursday and thought I had it cracked!!
I'm very tired tonight though cos I have hardly slept for the last 4 nights and perhaps that's partly why I just want to escape the feelings.
I looked up that dietgirl website when you said you'd bought the book Miss P. Its inspirational. I'm doing WW too. Good luck with the list Budgie. I think its a great idea. 10 is a good number. Not sure about 100!
About to post scores and then watch the new Dawn French comedy.

Thanks Miss P, I shall have a look.....................
Thanks Jo for going to find our lovely Fay, but Budgie is off to bed now, its work tomorrowAnd as I will be the only member of staff in the office, I need to make sure that I am up and wide awake
But you will be all pleased to know that my company has now implemented a staff security policy
If we feel we are in danger then we are to call another office, and say the secret code, on hearing this code the other office then puts the said person in danger on hold  Thus calling the police and informing them that they have received a code red security message
They then go back to the distressed person and apparently keep them talking until the police arrive.........................
So if tomorrow I have some weird person in my office, no problem, I just tell them that I need to make a phonecall ..................
You get the idea?
God bless everyone and take care OF YOU :A
