RN, I'm in :j thanks for having the idea ;) :T

Sim, I get it every afternoon, without fail! I usually drink on it though :undecided I wish I could help you, probably someone like Sparkles, 365, MP to name a few could help?

ETA: I guess it's all about keeping busy?

The bells are a b*** er and I ring my own. I don't have a physical craving as such but my mind really wants that blurring of the edges of real life- that squidgy, soft, comfortable place.
Recently I've just caved in at the first ding a ling and although I don't drink a lot on the scale of things it really does affect me.
So far no AF days this month and I excuse myself as I am still on holiday but really that's a poor excuse.

Have a nice holiday Jo - you off anywhere?

Stir fry veg with rice and prawns with chilli and indonesian soy sauce and an omlette cut into strips on top

Yum yum - now onto a cuppa and a wispa waiting for the 100m showdown between Gay and Bolt

That sounds like a meal that doesn't know when to stop! :rotfl:

And it really is testosterone central, isn't it? :D

That sums up how I used to feel and the reasons I told myself on a Fri/Sat (poss Thurs/Sun)

Feels nice to have let go of those feelings for the time being

It can be done and life is comfortable without it - took a bit of getting used to however the thought that got me there was realising Friday night is no different to any other night and I didn't have to have a drink afterall
