    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Failed last night, miserably, but did learn a lot about my triggers and what to do to stop them. Firstly I went shopping late which was into bell time, was hungry too as I hadn't eaten anything since lunch, was thirsty and had no squash of any kind in the house, only water or coffee which I didn't fancy. Plus I had some spare change in my pocket. I need to be more prepared than this otherwise it's always gonna happen.

    Anyway, onwards and upwards, got a busy day at work ahead, plus meeting the kids in town at lunchtime to buy them new school shoes and pie n mash for lunch probably :drool:

    Sold a few bits and pieces on ebay and made about £50 profit which is paying for the shoes :eek:

    Better go and get a shufty on. Have a great day :wave:

    Day 8 for me and my weight is down, lets see if I can hold out ;o)))

    Just to ad that this included going out for a pub pizza with my son and a Mexican with the girlfriend and just had lemonade which is a first for me.

    Things were going great guns here, cleared all my emails, ate my breakfast, coffee made and was just about to start typing up first of two sets of minutes and all the power went off....

    Been off for 10 minutes so suppose I better wander round to the site office and see what's happening. If its gonna be off all day I might as well go home cos I've got nothing to do!

    Oh, spoke too soon... Its on!!!
