Oi! 'Oo're you lot lookin at? Yeah, wot evvahhh!

Oh sorry, chaps, didn't wealise it was you lot, you all look so fwightfully chavish, didn't wealise you were my gang of chums. I jolly well got orf in time to get an early twain (having got a lift to the station with Woger in his Wange Wover) and felt an absolute silly billy in my flasher mac and gumboots. However, I have now discarded the flasher mac and gumboots to weveal my fabuloso outfit fwom Chav City Styles. Suppose I had better get back into chav speak in case i get a wight old dicking fwom those awfully common looking chaps over there....oh sowwy, Big M and Spoony Woony, you were so well disguised you looked like weal chavs to me......

Aw right? Woss your problem? She's lookin at me funny, she is.....

    That made me larf:rotfl:

Well, I'm going to have to be a light-weight and go thumb a lift home 'cos I'm shattered (two late nights, 2 early morning, and a 20 length swim in 30 mins this morning - was in the water at 8:20am!!!)

Want to be up early-ish in the morning, as I'm planning to try and get another batch of Twinks cooked (choc chip this time) before heading off to the gym for a 10:30am 'start to step' class (hopefully followed by a circuit of my gym work which is another 45 mins, and possibly a 'quick' swim after that to ease off the muscles)

ETA: Today wasn't an NSD, but was never going to be as I was taking DD and GDs out for the day (the trip out GD1 wanted instead of a birthday pressie, though I still gave her a couple of cheap puzzle/activity books to unwrap). Also managed to pick up some cream cakes, cereal (for DS), pop (for DS), salmon fillets, fish in butter sauce, red peanuts, sr flour, value ham, natural yoghurt (I like this on/mixed into muesli for breakfast) - think there may have been a few other bits as well, but haven't updated spreadsheet yet so haven't dragged out receipts (and, other than chilled/frozen, I haven't put the shopping away yet either ;))

Also five pairs of trousers for work - the Mr A that I went to didn't have my size anywhere to be seen, so I went and asked if they were likely to be getting any..... and the lass went and got some from the warehouse, so that's saved me another trip out/potential loss of another NSD :T

And baking items - a decent tin for making Christmas cake (going to make one for OH as part of his pressie, as he let on last week that he loves home made rich fruit cake with marzipan and royal icing), a couple of small and clearly marked measuring jugs (sick of squinting at my 1.5pt ones for 200ml), and a couple of very thick silicon sheets (on clearance in Mr T) to put on my baking trays when making Twinks (instead of all the greaseproof I've been getting through ;)) Couldn't find any decent sized baking trays though :( This lot all came from Mr T, and a fair bit of the bill was met by doubling up £5 worth of vouchers - so £5 into my sealed pot as well, as this is what I do when I spend any kind of voucher :)

Then more 'keep fit' gear - a pair of shoes for gym work, more trousers as I prefer short ones for the gym and only had 1 pair (now have 3, plus the 2 long ones I already had), and more tops as 2 aren't enough now I've added the gym to my schedule (2 more short sleeved, plus a long sleeved one for running on cooler days). But this doesn't count for the NSD challenge anyway.

How good of you to attend Nargle; I concur on your decision to retire, although I hope to return to the festivities at a later juncture if I may.
