I have the free version of this on my PC, which I use quite regularly, but I was wondering if there was anything better (free) out there?
I also have Cr*p Cleaner and Tracks Eraser.

Crap Cleaner is the only thing you should really need in that category. AVG I don't trust ever since version 7, you might want to think about replacing it with Avira or purchasing a proper Antivirus solution (read: Not Norton/McAfee rubbish!), however Malwarebytes is a very useful tool so stick with that!0
